The Women’s Construction Coalition (WCC) is a 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit organization that was formed to improve the acceptance of women in the construction industry and to improve the construction industry as a whole. WCC has a strong focus on the mentoring of high school and college level students to become successful, self-confident young professionals, and future leaders of the construction industry.
