Finch, Thornton & Baird, LLP was recognized today as a 2020 Top Workplace in San Diego by The San Diego Union-Tribune. The construction law firm ranked #11 among Top Small Companies.
Winners were chosen based on the responses to an employee survey in which employees rate their company in categories ranging from pay and benefits to motivation and company values. Combined, the companies surveyed in 2020 employed 18,762 people in the region. Of those employees who received questionnaires, 12,591 responded, either on paper or online. For this year’s winners list, 70 employers earned recognition as Top Workplaces and were ranked based on their employee survey feedback.
