Her practice encompasses a broad spectrum of employment matters, including wage and hour compliance, employee handbook and policy development, and navigating claims of discrimination and harassment.

Isabella brings valuable judicial and immigration experience to the team, having served as a legal intern and extern for Arizona State Attorney General where she conducted persuasive legal research, drafted briefs and court documents, and assisted with litigation preparation. Her firsthand exposure to federal procedural rules and court proceedings informs her proactive approach to both preventative counseling and litigation support.

Before pursuing her legal career, Isabella held roles in government, nonprofit, and private sectors where she honed her skills in public policy, community engagement, and strategic communication. She has also demonstrated leadership in student government as a student senator and committee chair, reflecting her commitment to advocacy and service.
