Dennis advises business owners, investors, and developers on a wide range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, entity structuring, real estate deals, and tax planning. He brings particular expertise in tax-efficient deal structuring and governance strategies across industries such as construction, real estate, and professional services.
Dennis earned his J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law, graduating magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, and holds a B.A. in Political Science from UC San Diego.
