Savana Sadler plays a pivotal role at Finch, Thornton & Baird, LLP by leading the firms dynamic marketing strategy. She adeptly coordinates event planning, manages social media platforms, maintains the firms website, and spearheads various outreach initiatives. Her creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail ensure consistent branding and clear, engaging communication with clients and the broader community. Savana’s proactive approach helps maintain a strong online presence and strengthens relationships both internally and externally.

In addition to her marketing responsibilities, Savana provides critical administrative support as the head of the firms file department. She ensures smooth operations in our paperless office environment by meticulously managing all files, keeping them organized and accessible. Savana is highly skilled in efficiently closing matters, handling paperwork and mail distribution for secretaries, and assist with accurately scanning documents. Drawing on her prior skills as a receptionist, she developed strong interpersonal and organizational skills that continue to serve her well in this role. She is also fluent in Spanish, which adds further to her support across departments.

Before joining the firm, Savana served as an Administrative Assistant in the Litigation Department at her previous firm, where she handled subpoenas, records requests, and court filings to support efficient case management and department operations.
