Perrin J. Storch

As corporate paralegal, Perrin Storch provides comprehensive support to the legal team in business and commercial transactions, real estate matters, wealth management and probate law. Her work includes assisting with company formation as well as drafting and managing legal documents and calendar management.

Her background in tax law —including corporate formation, ERC claim disallowance protests, analysis for collections and audits, and navigating both state and federal tax requirements —adds a strong foundation to her current role. Prior to earning her paralegal certificate from University of San Diego, Perrin served as a Naval Aviator in the US Navy.
