Proper job cost accounting plays a critical role in claim recovery and can mean the difference in getting paid, or not. In this course, we will discuss how to use job cost accounting practices to preserve claims and defenses and how best to tailor these practices to address project contract requirements. This will include a discussion of best practices contractors can implement to address common project challenges such as delays and work disruptions.
