Two European based publicly traded infrastructure contractors retained the firm to assist in resolving a dispute over cost allocations in a joint venture agreement. The project at issue was valued in excess of $640 million. The firm analyzed the joint venture agreement and worked with the joint venture partners to resolve the dispute without litigation.
