The firm sued to foreclose a rooftop solar contractor’s mechanic’s lien against a property in San Diego. Despite our client’s successful installation, the owner failed to pay. The firm obtained a foreclosure judgment which extinguished all interests in the property — and the judgment was recorded immediately. The debt was eventually paid in full through escrow in conjunction with the sale of the property.
