The firm represented the general contractor in pursuit of damages for delay, disruption, and inefficiencies out of a bridge widening/modification project on Highway 101 in Corte Madera. After a several hour presentation of evidence by the firm of the client’s entitlement and damages, the case was resolved for payment of $975,000.00 to the firm’s client.
