He assists in reviewing and organizing contract provisions, identifying standard versus non-standard terms, and helping draft clear provisions designed to protect client rights, minimize risk, and close deals efficiently.

Coleman brings extensive leadership experience to his role at the firm following nearly ten years of active service as an artillery officer in the U.S. Marine Corps.
