FTB Adds Two New Attorneys

ADDS TWO NEW ATTORNEYS

     SAN DIEGO — The San Diego based construction industry law firm of Finch, Thornton & Baird, LLP has added two new attorneys.

     Christopher D. F. Foster practices in the areas of construction law, business litigation, commercial litigation and real estate. His practice includes representing clients in public and private works disputes, subcontractor default issues, commercial sales and other business litigation, and land use and planning/development issues. Mr. Foster graduated cum laude and was made a member of the Order of the Coif from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he served as a Vice Chair for the Appellate Moot Court Board, and served as a Comments Editor for the San Diego International Law Journal. Mr. Foster earned several academic achievement awards at the University of San Diego, including CALI (AmJur) awards for the best grades in Agency, Partnership and the LLC and Remedies. While in law school, Mr. Foster also had the privilege of serving as an extern with Justice Richard D. Huffman at the California Court of Appeal, Fourth District, Division One. Mr. Foster received his Master of Business Administration from University of San Diego School of Business Administration. He also received his Bachelor of Science from Skidmore College, cum laude with a double major in Management & Business and Spanish Literature.

     Kathleen A. Donahue practices in the area of Labor and Employment, construction law, business and commercial litigation. Ms. Donahue graduated cum laude and was made a member of the Order of the Coif from the University of San Diego School of Law with a concentration in Business and Corporate Law. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Villanova University
